Victor full torch what year is this?????

So i bought this old Air Products 220 stick welder model ac225u from an older (89) welder that no longer needed it, i have the original owners manual and he gave me about 120 lbs of different types of rod in unopen boxes... long story short... i found a ( what looks to be ) old victor torch w cutting attachment brand new in the box w the instructions an even the red caps on the fittings... can anyone tell me about what year this is ?? maybe by the box???Last edited by Andy; 01-12-2011 at 12:14 AM.

Reply:Victor usually stamps a model number and a date code on their handles and cutting attachments. Post the info and I should be able to answer your question.My rod is hot, and it penetrates deep.

Reply:it doesnt matter how old it is... i just wanted to know about what year it is...  all the serial numbers are still on there and very easy to read.  anyway i figured i got the welder and the rod for $100, so i guess this is a good come up. Anyone have use for it ?? maybe ill sell it
