Reply:He could be. But he doesnt really know. It shows a lack of skill.UA Local 598
Reply:looks like hes trying to pulse it to give it a mig like tig look_______________________OF COURSE I DON'T LOOK BUSY... I DID IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME
Reply:Yeah, he should just learn how to weld correctly.UA Local 598

Reply:Both in that video and in this one as well these guys are spraying something all over the weld joints before they weld. Have any idea what it is? Maybe some type of anti stick but would you want it all over your joint? In this video it is from a yellow can. Thanks,Ken
Reply:it's certainly not ideal, weather or not he is getting ideal penetration would take 'in your hands' kind of inspection. Pulsing any welding process in an on-off manor is frowned upon, weather or not it's good enough for that application is to be determined.

Reply:I don't know- I couldn't get through it all.
Reply:Its a good example of what you can do with fixtures. ( fixtures, not jigs) The stack of dimes appearance looks purdy and with the gaps I am sure he is getting close to full pen.
Reply:The music's OK. At least it aint more rock My question is... why have left handed threads on those rose joints? Surely that's only worthwhile where you have two opposing joints with one lh thread and one rh thread so you can adjust without removing the rose joint. It seems pointless in this application. And finally I have seen this pulsed 'mig like tig' process and I don't like the look of it... I'll take the 'cursive e' type thanks Tom...Canox C-SW 250 (Rebadged Syncrowave 250)
