The display doesnt flash and turning the weld level pot doesn't change the output and it seems stuck on 100% welding current. Tried a remote 5k pot and it lowered the output but would randomly go back to 100%. I checked the pot on the panel and it is good. Blew out all the dust before starting it up the first time today. Checked the connections to the PWBs. The amps reading on the front shows "c04" or "c05". I looked at all the caps and nothing seems blown. Wondering if anyone else had this type of problem. Reply:Fixed it. Talked to Eddie and he said it was possibly the hall sensor so $28 for the part from newark, soldered it in, and it works perfectly. HA!
