Her is my Latest bumper i built for the 1996-2002 dodge Ram. Attached Images
Reply:simple, clean, and tucked in nice and tight. i like it
Reply:Nice looking bumper but I wouldn't tuck it so tight against the headlights and grille. The body moves and flexes quite a bit different then the frame, there should be a 1/2" gap all around or else you may break headlights and or bend fenders and break grilles.

Reply:What about the cutouts in the stock bumper missing from yours? It may affect air movement across the intercooler. I block off those openings in the winter with a cold front to help keep heat in the Cummins.
Reply:any chance you could take some pics of the backside so we can see how you mounted it? I'm going to make one for my Silverado. Looks good!
Reply:Maybe I missed the posts, but did u finish your bed??
Reply:with holes Attached Images
Reply:The bed is close but i just haven't had the time to work on the flat bed. It will be for sale when it is done decided to make a welding bed for my truck instead. |
