Quick, Easy and Beautiful Flowers.

After seeing the easy project thread, I thought I would post this. It's not a whole project so I started a new thread.Start with a cup washer. It's just a big washer that is cupped so the bolt head doesn't stick up. I have bunches of these I took off of wire and strand wooden reels. The first picture shows the steps to finish the main petal part of the flower. The next picture shows the middle. It is a 3/8" stove bolt with lines cut across it with a grinder with the thin cut off wheels. There is a star washer under the head of the stove bolt. It's welded on the back side and the bolt is cut off and then you can add thinner stem material. I've made so many of these that I can turn out a bunch when I need to. The next picture shows them in a gate and the last picture shows one that is in the gate and is powder coated. Attached Images

Reply:That's a really nice design.  It's subdued enough that it works great with the minimalist design of the gate, and makes it's look very classy.
