When I was young I used to eat sleep and breathe motorcycles, but as I got older and moved on to better paying jobs in the trade, I made a decision in my life to somewhat grow up and do something positive with my life. I gotta be honest, I was a Wild kid. A Mike with firey red hair was doomed from birth. So now for the most part, work is priority, next to my girl and my three dogs and I live a somewhat humble life. But about a year ago my only, but older brother was tellin me about how the old crew couldnt believe I settled down and want not, and how I have changed. That I dont even like motorcycles anymore. I still love em, but I was destined to kill myself on one. I used to get fear and common sense screwed up all the time! So, I told my brother i'm gonna build you something sick to show these guys I haven't lost my touch, I've just moved on. Well I said that with a bunch of beers in me and he held me too it. So heres a pic of what I just finished for brother Rob, actually just took this one a few minutes ago, seems like its never ending. Hand made just about everything. A real one off bike! I must have 1000 hrs into this thing, and couldn't tell you how much of my own money! It's all worth it to see the smile on my older bros face when he pulls up on it tho!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Reply:Nice phuckin  work. The tank appears to double as a wind blast break? Is that an old police special?    FelonCaution lurker lives here" hmmm That is serious, pass the ganja and pick up a  24 of MGD"
Reply:Subtle, honest,  takes your breath. He's a lucky son of a gun.   I never had a borther, if I did I'd want one like you who did things from the heart.Lincoln Power MIG 215Lincoln WeldPak 3200HDLincon ProCut 25Lincoln WeldanPower 225 AC/DCIf all else fails... buy more tools
Reply:Damn, if My brother could do work like that from scratch and He said he'd build me something to prove my buddies wrong. I don't care how much beer he'd put down. I'd hold him to it too. nice work man. There are no problems. There are only solutions. It's your duty to determine the right one.Hobart Handler 210Airco 225 Amp MSM Stinger

Reply:Thanks for the nice words guys, I love my brother to death, would do ANYTING for him even tho he drives me nuts. He,s just so loveable tho. Police special, maybe! It's an FLH motor, but nothing else is original accept maybe a kicker cover and I dont know what else. The front end is a UL modified.  I hate being bi-polar it's awsomeMy Heroes Have Always Been Cowboys
Reply:What did you do such a stupid thing like that for?KEEP IT!On second thought..That seat will be a hemorrhoid special...!!!!Nice Job!...zap!I am not completely insane..Some parts are missing Professional Driver on a closed course....Do not attempt.Just because I'm a  dumbass don't mean that you can be too.So DON'T try any of this **** l do at home.
Reply:awesome job Mike ! i am not into bikes but really do envy your heart and craftsmanship it shows that there really is hope for some of us misfits LOL !every time  i make something cool and show my brothers all i hear is " you have way to much time on your hands " it's cool to see your Bro appreciates your efforts. cool gift man ! chris
Reply:I know the springs on the seat are your rear suspension, but how about some padding on the top? That's hardcore, but it's killer.
Reply:I'm digging that tank, seat and the floor boards. Actually the whole bike, nice work and always thinking of someone else. Good job,  do you have any progress pics?
Reply:With the rear fender so close to the tire, the tire has to be rock solid so when it swells under RPM's noothing touches. So with a rigid frame nothing is gonna help anyway. So just go with cool.I hate being bi-polar it's awsomeMy Heroes Have Always Been Cowboys
Reply:Sweet. Very nice work.

Reply:AWSOME bike man, I really love them and have a super soft spot for the pan motors! I had a killer pan myself but had to sell it 8 years ago. I landed a new job that kept me busy 24/7 with lots of overtime. I was doing real good for myself for a change, I wound up looking at an 87acre piece of property but was falling short on a down payment. So didnt look promising for me. Out of the blue someone asked me if I would be interested in selling my bike. I told him to make me an offer, and he low balled me like I couldnt believe but it was enough to give me what I needed for the land. Next day he gave me a bank check, and a week later the property was mine. A few years later I built a bran new house and thats my story. Next step 60/40 shop coming soon. It killed me to sell that bike but it was for the best. I'll build another down the road. As far as big brother goes selling would never never be an option, hes already had some sick offers. I still have my 55 chevy with a wicked smallblock in it tho. They can bury me in that one!!!!  Cheers bud I hate being bi-polar it's awsomeMy Heroes Have Always Been Cowboys

Reply:Thank you guys! means a lot. So many unforseen bumps in the road. but always worth it!!!!!! The one thing I love about bikes is they're only as big as your kitchen table, so once you have something in your head, you can get a little artisic looking at it every day. Or in my case Autistic!   Thanks again for all the kind replies 'I hate being bi-polar it's awsomeMy Heroes Have Always Been Cowboys

Reply:My as# gets sore just from looking at it.... even on my Goldwing my as#  got sore in about a hour ....getting old i think...
Reply:A couple guys asked to see some pics of my chevy, sorry guys I almost forgot about ya! I had it repainted right after the new house was built, and it's been sitting for about a year now. Sorry it's covered in dust, been busy working in the house, which seems never ending, but i'm taking a break from that for a while. I had enough! Hopefully I can get her all back together shortly, and get some better pics. Some people think it's in black primer, but that is the color I wanted this time. Its a urethane black with a flat additive to it. I think it should look pretty sick when its all back together. It used to be a 2 tone turqoise and white, so I .decided to really switch it up a little. I had this car since i'm 19, and i'm 41 now so I was really looking foward to a new look. Oh and that kubota tractor is my new motorcycle for the next bunch of years  OK cheers guys  Attached ImagesI hate being bi-polar it's awsomeMy Heroes Have Always Been Cowboys
