Had to do something about my deck that was just a plain flat area. After sanding and painting: Added a seating for two in the middle:First this middle seating was at the edge, but decided later to extend the deck around this seat. Concrete footing holding a 3.5"x3.5" angle iron via two 3/4" round bar making the base for the frame holding the deck extension:The small table in the middle of this seat has a hole and a stop to accept an umbrella. This side got a small railing (1 1/4" tube), but was not really necessary according to the building code. But made fun to make it anyway I guess I measures 10 times at least for the connection of the railing to the seating frame. It fitted like a glove when I assembled it The lower part of the rail is 1"x1" angle connecting to the stairs.Main corner seat, made out of 2"x2" 1/4" angle like the other seats:All seatings are connected with stainless screws to 1/4" plates on the underside of the deck bolted to the deck structure.Painting is primer + 2 coats rostoleum (spraycan from the home store). The wood is stained and coated with a clear polyurethan finish.Jürgen
Reply:I'm guessing you're single. I like it, but I'm sure the misses wouldn't. I heard if you trim the bushes around your deck, it makes it look bigger.TA Arcmaster 300CM3XMT 304S22P12 suitcase feederX-Treme 12VSOptima pulserTA161SMaxstar 150STLHypertherm PM45OP setupStihl 020AVP, 039, 066 Magnum
