I just recieved my everlast 160 sth (dont judge me). I have the pedal so... should I remove the switch that's on the torch or will I need it for some reason? Thanks
Reply:Switches are handy for tacking or making repeated short welds when the pedal is not needed.Dave J.Beware of false knowledge; it is more dangerous than ignorance. ~George Bernard Shaw~ Syncro 350Invertec v250-sThermal Arc 161 and 300MM210DialarcTried being normal once, didn't take....I think it was a Tuesday.
Reply:If you have the the removeable switch, you can always keep it handy if you need it later. You may have to snake the line out of the jacket or remove the plug to do so, but it's easy enough to desolder if you need to pull the line out. If you need to reinstall it, just zip tie the cable to the switch to the outside of the cover.Esab Migmaster 250Lincoln SA 200Lincoln Ranger 8Smith Oxy Fuel setupEverlast PowerPlasma 80Everlast Power iMIG 160Everlast Power iMIG 205 Everlast Power iMIG 140EEverlast PowerARC 300Everlast PowerARC 140STEverlast PowerTIG 255EXT
