Having a problem with inconsistent feed on this machine. Changed drive rolls, liner, contact tip and wire. All is a no go.  Motor whines at higher speeds (hotter welds) and "stutters" causing am erratic weld and arc. Using solid core wire with 75/25 gas. Yes the polarity is right. Two questions:1.) Machine is new.  Was old stock.  Came out of a box. Has less than 5 hours total weld time. What else besides the above would cause what im seeing?2.) The drive motor in this thing is a piss poor design. Shame shame on you Miller for putting an under sized and under powered toy car motor in a welder!  Does any one know what the specifics are on this motor? Amps, volts, torque, stall speed, and rpm? Thanks in advance!
