My son wanted a Que So we put our heads together. Woodfired, adjustable grates, smoker rack, levered doors. 6'x5' grill area 2.5'x5' smoker ( 7.5 hrs for a perfect pork rump with red patena ) mmmmgood. Attached Images
Reply:It wasa good learnung project the trailer was a find for $400 and another $1700 for steel to smokerize it and break out the mm200 to put it together. Ahh the rewards of our labor.

Reply:Them helpers look a little TOO CLEAN to have been much help during the build. Next time smudge'em up more so they look like they been doing something. Got any more pics of this from other angles? Y'all doing competition cooking or just cater big events or just got a big family to feed?

Reply:Aliens, (the outer space kind) ever look at these posts, and all they'll think is that were a race of barbarians (and a few barbeerians ) eating the flesh, incinerated at that, of poor lowly domesticated animals.Probably a good thing, it'll ease their conscience when they EAT US.
