Just for personal knowledge and because of a potential project in the future. What amperage should be used on inside corner joints, tig welding steel. All my tig welds that I've done have been flat butt joints. 1 amp per .001 inch has always been a good starting point. I've tried a couple inside joints but haven't had the greatest luck.
