Python on a Miller 252

Not sure where to post this, but hope this is right. Hello, I am looking to purchase a Python P/P for my MM252. I am looking at used units. My question is, what is the difference between the MK/Lincoln and the Miller ones? Is it just the pin hook-up and if so, does anyone make an adapter to go from the Lincoln to Miller pin. The reason I ask this, is I am able to find MK/Lincoln ones all day long, but having trouble finding a reasonably priced one for a Miller. Thank you
