Service truck bumper. The tool box's are not attach or connected to the bumper or bumper pads, the tool box rides on frame extensions like a saddle. That way when you use the pads to push it has no effect on the boxes. There are two outside boxes with paddle latchs, and a seperate center box. The center box lid opens with a "job-box" style lock. The "V" bend in the diamond plate is for laying pipe, tube, and hose into for cutting etc. The two receiver tubes are for attachements like vises etc. When you lock the center box, it also locks the receiver tube pins, this way no one can walk with your $800.00 Wilton Vise.
