Just to Share. I extended the upper level to fit my diversion under my hobart MVP Mig.
Reply:nice job. how do you like the machine?
Reply:Diversion, Its great, portability and Multivoltage comes in handy for field work. I don't like the 10% duty cycle at 180. Everlast has a better duty cycle of 30%. the reason why i didn't get the ever last was because the foot control only works 0-185 amps with no max set on the machine.
Reply:Sorry, I am new but I am confused how to start a new thread. Talking in forums is a new thing for me and I wanted to ask questions for a beginner welder. Hell, I am not a welder yet but I want to ask questions. Please let me know lol, I am feeling retarded not knowing how to start a new thread.
Reply:Wow that is nice,I'm thinking on getting a diversion or a syncrowave 200?what is the aluminum thickness that you can weld?Millermatic 252Syncrowave 200Cutmaster 42
Reply:AL 3/16 comfortable, 1/4 inch if it is a small part and preheat. I use its  portability though. If i did stationary welding i would go with the syncrowave. Look into HTP they offer a 220 AC  DC for a bit more, I wish i wouldve known before i bought this one.
