Solar 2050 Air Keeps flowing

I recently obtained a 1995 vintage Solar 2050, which had been sitting unused for several years.After blowing out the piles of dust, cobwebs, bugs and rodent droppings, I plugged the machine in, and turned the main power on.Air began flowing and would not stop.The machine has a "set-up" switch which, according to the manual is supposed to be used for 60-90 seconds (which will cause air to flow) then switch is to be moved to "run" mode.The position of this switch has no effect on this problem.NO current is going to this switch.There is a large, what appears to be,  resistor to which the mains are attached, On the other side of this resistor are 2 smaller wires which go to a circuit board.There is NO power to these wires when the machine is on.I would think there should be power to these wires, but I am not sure.Any advice from the electrical wizards (or anyone else) would be greatly appreciated!

Reply:Thank You for the good suggestion.I was able to contact a rep. from Lincoln shortly after this post.The problem is in the Printed circuit board.I may try to repair it, but most likely, utilize the "modern mechanic" method of swapping the part out.Thanks!!!
