Has anyone found a better way than Velcro straps to attach a hand control to the TIG torch? The ones that cane with my CK amptrol are not secure enough and it's driving me crazy. Before you say zip ties, I am using that now, but I need something that is semi easy to remove and is reusable. I move this remote between a few different torches at my house and work.

Reply:They are cheap and fast, but I'd rather have something that is reusable. I emailed CKB and did get a response that they are looking into better solutions but the Velcro is the best they have found so far.
Reply:Have you tried a hose clamp?
Reply:I did and couldn't stand the sharp wing from the end and the size of the screw kept getting in the way no matter where I located it.All I had here were the regular worm drive clamps, I'll keep looking for a different version.

Reply:That won't work due to the design of the remote
