Reply:Not bad. 1st pict bead on the far right looks a bit fast. 2nd pict hard to really tell much, but the far left one looks cold.It would help if you list machine settings, material thickness, wire size and type so we don't have to guess. I'm sure you have in other threads, but I can't remember... This info helps when trying to make suggestions..No government ever voluntarily reduces itself in size. Reply:Far left bead 1st pict looks pretty good. Center bead isn't too bad, but a bit narrower than the left one at the beginning. As mentioned the right bead has those triangular shaped ripples that usually indicate travel speed is a bit fast. If you could do a few more consistently like that I'd say start doing overlapping beads and see how your aim is.
