Reply:Not a bad machine. That is an older Thunderbolt with the crank on top and I have had both the AC and AC/DC models. Reply:I have a newer model w/ polarity and A/C selector and it is a great little buzz box. Agreed if you can get it for $250 it will be a great buy. I got mine for $150 at my LWS as they'd taken several in for trade from a high school metal arts shop. As said make sure the A/C and D/C both work well. Reply:the serial number is in the second picture and the manual that pulls up says 1993. still waiting on him to reply. he did drop the price yesterday to $350.
Reply:Looks in good shape and says it comes with leads. He mentions being able to weld out to 125 feet. If the leads are anywhere close to that long, then $350 is worth it. Reply:I hope that little welder doesn't have leads that are 125 feet long, I would rather have the power cord that long and not the leads. If it does have 125 foot leads that are in good condition they are probably worth over a hundred dollars.

There's advantage and disadvantage to long leads vs. long power cord, especially if you don't want to drag the entire welder and cart half way across God's earth...
