this is a cart i just finshed it only took 4 days lol it has a hobart 140 and 230 ironman mig and powermax 45 plasma..25 ft airhose reel 30 ft 110 volt cord reel..2 bottles argon and mix gas and 4 way valve to select which gas i want Attached Images

Reply:I know this is an older thread, but could you explain how the air plenum/watertrap you made out of the piece of galvanized pipe to feed the Hypertherm is designed to work? I have been trying to figure out something similar for my Hypertherm.

Reply:I was looking at the first picture..."neat..." and then I saw the slide out. Great idea! One thing you might consider is to make the rear bar supporting the bottles removable to make changing the bottles easier.
