I did not make this piece of ART.It showed up at my place for a repair, the guy called it a header. I dissagree...There are no after pics..."Most" of the tubing was Ti... The 2 plates are steel, the brace piece is galvi.He used 308 rod for most of the welding, & silly bronze for the rest..Oh, my head..Buy American, or don't whine when you end up on the bread line.

Reply:big belt sander= good to go. Header flange isnt worth the effort of a surface grinder or the fixturing to get it in the mill. The gaskets are pretty forgiving and nothing RTV cant fix if they need a little help.
