Well, just finished buying a 26' flatbed gooseneck so figured its time to sell the 2 place sled/quad trailer as we just really dont use it anymore now that were living in the country. I built it about 3 years ago, just went over the whole thing again, re did bearings, two new tires, fresh coat of paint. What do you guys figure shes worth canadian? not really looking to get a fortune out of it, but not willing to give it away either, fair bit of time invested in it with fabrication/material and up keep.Just for general insight this is the specs:101" x 12' long2" x 4" x 1/4" main frame, with 2" x 2" x 3/16" crossmembers.all 3/4" plywood decking30" high front aluminium checkerplate salt shield, with 8" high alum checker plate shield along ther perimeter, two wheeled jack stand,3500lb axle Attached Images

Reply:not that American and Canadian are that far off these days. I think the best you'd get for a 12' single axle is $1500 used. even if well kept and well built. There are no problems. There are only solutions. It's your duty to determine the right one.Hobart Handler 210Airco 225 Amp MSM Stinger
Reply:after looking at what's available locally, (not as nice as yours but new) they are $1500 new in that size of trailer. so I think you're more like $1300 used. even with the salt sheilds, and new stuff. There are no problems. Reply:A trailer that size would sell for around $1200 new down here. Needless to say we don't have sled trailers down here but lots are built for ATV's.
Reply:Ive seen brand new junk that size at Gander Mountain going for $1800. I know location has a lot to do with price, but I would say 12to$1500. Thats alot nicer than some of the new ones ive seen for more money. Boostnjdm would be able to give you better info, trailers are his specialty.I hate being bi-polar it's awsomeMy Heroes Have Always Been Cowboys |
