Our business specializes in heat exchangers. I am the primary TIG welder in the shop and found a very big challenge recently. I need to weld together several of the parts in the attached pictures. The problem I'm having is when the weld cools it pulls and one piece hops on top of the other. I have been tacking every 375".We are willing to build or buy any tooling necessary to make this go more smoothly. As we have a lot of these to do in the near future.Thank you so much!!Angelina.
