Need help with my welder

I have a 2 year old Hobart Stickmate LX and it is making a lot of noise. As per the owners manual, I took it apart, blew out the dust and crap, lubed the shunt block and tightened the anti vibration screws. Now it makes more noise than before. I really need any help or advice you can provide on how to fix this thing. See the attached videos. You can't see much but you will get a good idea of how much noise it is making. One clip is running scratch start TIG @ 125 amps, DCEN on 1/8th plate. The other clip is excalibur 7018 1/8th rod, 125 amps, DCEP. This thing is making a LOT of noise. Reply:How hard is it to turn the adjustment crank on the front?   Mine was pretty hard to turn and I actually loosened the 4 shunt screws just a fraction to make it turn easier.  Sounds like you may have the opposite situation of the 4 screws being too loose.  That's why I asked how hard was it to turn the crank.On the other hand, maybe something else in there is loose and vibrating.

Reply:I cranked down on those anti noise screws a bit more and solved the problem, but as you would expect it is a littel stiff on the amperage adjustment. I am guessing this is a trade off game?Miller Multimatic 255
Reply:Glad you got some improvement.  I think you're right about the trade off game.  I think you said you lubed everything.  I've forgotten, but can some lube go in the area of the 4 adjustment screws.  As I said, mine was just too tight and it never loosed up with use, so I finally loosed the 4 screws about a quarter turn each, lubed everything in sight, and the crank seemed to turn with a more reasonable amount of force.
