Bottle tree

A couple months ago at a family get together a relative of mine showed me a picture and asked if I could make one. When I first saw the picture I said what in the hell is that. Well its a bottle tree. After a little research I found out that a bottle tree is like a southern tradition that helps keep the bad juju away. You hang empty wine bottles on the branches and set it out in your yard or garden or wherever. I told her when I brought it to her house if I come by here in a week and those branches are full of empty wine bottles we are going to have a talk. Anyway heres your tree bottoms up.Shake and Bake

Reply:Looks Good, In the UK here we have a company that makes metal leaves, for decoration and to weld into gates and railing, not sure if you have similar in the US, But you could make a decent tree complete with leaves and get a nice patina on it to mate it rustproof.Like to see what it looks like with the Bottles
