Which looks better?

Working on the top of a gated arbor, I want this side to have the phases of the moon.  (the home owner likes the moon, his wife likes frogs, so the other side has frogs jumping)  Anyway.... which looks better, having all the solid moons on one side, or alternating solid with the two outlines?  The arbor will be a dark, reddish brown hammered finish.  The moons will be treated with copper Insta-rust, then sealed.   I am leaning toward this option here.  Check out my channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCkz...bZg8AYNXGqBjZQ"Both oligarch and tyrant mistrust the people, and therefore deprive them of arms." - Aristotle
