Looking to put my homemade cnc on something a bit more rigid than the thin flimsy extruded aluminum i have now.Requirements:1) Rigid as possible2) modular, needs to fit into down basement bulkhead3) movable by 1 person4) constructed from 2" square tube5) 4' x 5'Anyone out there have anything they have built like this?I'm mainly wondering if a bolted frame is going to flex too much.Was thinking of doing something similar to the pictures below, but with 2 bolts per joint.
