Hello all,I am fairly new to this forum. I've been reading for a few years but haven't posted. I have a 2000/2001 model Trailblazer 280nt that only has 349 hours on it. The problem I am having is; when it's cool out the welder welds great but as the machine and outside temperature rise it stops welding. Last week I was able to weld for about 3 hours and then it try's to strike an ark but will not carry the full ark to weld. While it did this I changed polarity and went to AC and no change. I also switched the remote switches back and forth and played with the temp setting. Still no change. I have cleaned all lead connections to bight and shiny copper and still won't weld. The generator side of the welder works great with no drop in voltage. Any help leading me in the rite direction is much appreciated. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
