Hi everybody I need advice.I have a millermatic 130 that i use wiht 25/75 mix. When I weld my deposition seems to be to much.I lessened my wire speed still the same.I raised the voltage still the same.I weld and it looks like globes. When i weld with my Lincoln 180t 220 v. it dispereses the material so niceI was wondering if I could get some advice PleaseLakehunter
Reply:Only advise I an give is never to buy transformer 115volt migs. Only inverter 115 volts units will have the grunt to maintain as smooth an arc as your 220 volt mig.You will see lots of dual voltage units around, they work well, and they are all inverter power supply.Weld like a "WELDOR", not a wel-"DERR" MillerDynasty700DX,Dynasty350DX4ea,Dynasty200DX,Li ncolnSW200-2ea.,MillerMatic350P,MillerMatic200w/spoolgun,MKCobraMig260,Lincoln SP-170T,PlasmaCam/Hypertherm1250,HFProTig2ea,MigMax1ea.
