I just dug out my benchtop bender that I haven't used in a couple years and want to make some simple brackets. I consulted the manual and its really horrible wriiten with lousy diagrams. Could anyone recommend any good books or websites that has diagrams for setting up the dies and bending flat bar and round rod?? Thanks.
Reply:Got a picture of the bender? Run some metal threw it, and make your own note book....
Reply:Its the cheap one from pittsburgh tools/harbor freight model #44094 and everyone complains about how crappy it is, but I used to be able to make some nice stuff with it.Are there any books??
Reply:Do a search on here for compact bender and it should pull up some stuff. I have a link somewhere where we posted some set-up pictures and stuff...really helps. I can't remember the link though.HTHMaxx Levell Racing...There Can Be Only One.
