We move our migs around a lot. I would like to see some ideas for wrapping your cables and cords when moving from one spot to another. We are using Miller 210s.Is there a good Miller Blue in a spray can that matches fairly close?

Reply:large diameter pipe with flange cut in half (4"+) works good for cables too. There are no problems. There are only solutions. It's your duty to determine the right one.Hobart Handler 210Airco 225 Amp MSM Stinger
Reply:You could cut the center out of a smaller car rim make it a box u can store spare parts in and hand the cables over it too.
Reply:I have wondered why no one has ever designed a retractable hose/lead reel in an enclosed cabinet for migs and tigs..tackleexperts.comwww.necessityjigs.comhttps://www.facebook.com/groups/mach...dingequipment/

Reply:Here's a cheap way out for the rims. It would take anything to scotchbrite and clean up if you wanted to paint it. The split wheels would give you 2 for 1 if you designed it right.http://www.northerntool.com/shop/too...ct_25239_25239http://www.northerntool.com/shop/too...0342_200330342http://www.northerntool.com/shop/too...0324_200330324http://www.northerntool.com/shop/too...0328_200330328I'm thinking you could do a larger wheel on one side for the extension cord, and smaller one on the other side for ground and gun.Last edited by Crabo; 01-22-2013 at 12:41 AM.

Reply:I bent up these simple lightweight brackets for all 3 of my machines and attached with self-tappers. Since I do lots of mobile work...these make everything easy to transport without any kinking whatsoever. Attached Images

Reply:i have my mig machine inside a rolling cart/wagon with a lockable door. when i get to the job site it goes on top. after- back inside, i roll the cables around the machine, put the power extensions on top after i roll them up. there is also room for a small fire extinguisher. on the inside of the door i mounted a holder for anti-spatter spray, wire cutters and a few contact tips. there is a pic of it elsewhere on this forum under the projects thread.i.u.o.e. # 15queens, ny and sunny fla
