Have not put up any pics as of late so thought I would show this. I ordered a new 70 amp torch from CK Torches I do quite a few Evaporators, condensers and oil coolers for the agriculture/construction field equipment.Sometimes the leak is in a tight area usually from something rubbing on them. Between the cooling lines its almost impossible to get at with a flex head or offset torch head 360 degree swivel. Thought i would give this a try Has three different heads straight,90,45 .May take a few passes sometimes but should work. Anyone use one or have ideas on sharpining tungsten or do you just order new? Reply:Nice torch! You could use some chem-sharp on the tungsten.  Hold it with pliers, heat with map gas, dip in chem sharp to desired point.  Works great for me.Lincoln Electric, Power MIG 256Hypertherm Powermax 45 Miller Dynasty 280DXSmith O/A torchGenesis of a welding table
Reply:To sharp the tungsten, I would assembly the tungsten to the heads straight that you have, and then sharp. If the assembly is too short to make the sharp, try adding something to the backMauricio
Reply:Thanks Guys will give that a try.Miller 250DX HTP 221 DV AC/DCHenrob O-A Miller 180 MigMiller 150 Inverter   Hobart 10,000 Welder-Generator   Have a good day!!!
Reply:Another tip from  Zap--one can hot bend the tungsten point close to 90˚ if needed to get a good shot at the joint.Blackbird

Reply:I picked up the water cooled version a while ago and used it for one small project and it has sat under the bench for at least a year now.  The torch is very picky with gas coverage, it took me a while to dial in the correct gas flow, keeping the tungsten at or slightly below flush with the pyrex cup helped alot.  I didn't have an issue getting my fingers right up to the grinding wheel.  Pin drill handles can be nice for the short tungstens too.~Alex
