PlasmaCam problems

My computer used to have XP on it. It was updated to Win 7. The computer won't communicate with the table anymore. It gives me an error code 2, and says that the port access driver needs to be started. No idea how to do this. Any help, would be much appreciated. Thanks

Reply:My older tracker cnc would not work either after uploading windows 7. The serial port routing for windows 7 is different than xp so it doesn't communicate to your interface box. I just got another version of xp and was back in business.
