My next project is this 55 short hood i pick up a few weeks ago. Motor is bad but generator is good.Sent the motor to the machine shop.Sheet metal is at the sandblaster.I am about done with the 66 and 68 red-face machines that i have been working on. Now get ready to cringe: One of them developed a bad motor and the other a bad generator. I had offered $500. for the two but they refused it and they sat for a year ...supposedly to be merged into one good unit. One day I noticed they were missing and learned they had been scrapped.
