Reply:Here is some positive feed back I the good points are it is prety consistant but as was said before it shouldn't look like a tig weld what you have going good for you is you are consistant with your whip but you aren't overlapping enough you need to come back and cover about 3/4 of the puddle you whipped out of with out knowing settings and material thickness we can't offer much more help than that
Reply:It is 1/8 to 1/8 with an 1/8 gap between. I am working on the consistency of my whip. I will try to bring it a little closer together and post the results. I just think constructive criticism is the best way to get a point across, instead of, uh, wth is that.
Reply:Well I can't see the beggening or termination of the weld but I'm betting you have cavitation whe you start the bead pause let your puddle build start your whips keep them tight you want a build up you don't want a flat or concave weld it should have a buildup on top when you terminate the weld pause again to finish
