Fibre-Metal 110PWE Pipeliner------Rubber strap or ratchet headgear??

Reply:surgical tube is the only way to go, those ratchets break sooner than later. Of course the tube wears out too, but easily replaced.

Reply:I've started retro fitting the Jackson headgear on all my helmets. They are just so comfortable and easy to adjust.

Reply:I bought my jackson 370 headgear from amazon.   Used a pocket knife to ream out the holes where the existing headgdar goes in the hood.  Never look back.

Reply:Out of my three Pipeliner's, two were rubber band type. I sold both of those headgear, and replace it with the Fibre Metal ratchet. Reply:I cut my fibre metal helmet and love it.  Fwiw, I prefer my ratchet helmet.  The rubber band pulls my hair out like a rubber watch wrist band clinging to the hair on my arm.A Liberal is someone who lives in a gated community with private security,  but says that a boarder fence won't work and people don't need guns for self protection.
