obligatory cart project

I fianlly got sick of the welder sitting on the floor covered w/ a pile of cables.  I've made a couple carts for different welders, it's always a fun project.  I tried to incorporate what I like/ don't like from pervious attempts. 11g 2"  and 1 3/4" square tubing.  1 3/4 DOM push bar/crash bar. GTAW'd.Tall; get the controls up where you can see/touch them.  Keep everything up and out of the dust/ dirt.Front casters are on studs; small foot print.Big rear tires to roll over stuff.  Floor of the cylinder rack is as low to the ground as possible. (what's a 330 weight?)Bottom shelf is expanded metal so as not to hold dust/ dirt. Has room for two totes (SMAW leads in one, 30a and controller in the other). Power source sits on two rails w/o a floor for airflow and to route cables.  Maybe I'll get off my butt and make a new cart for the TIG (fist attempt didn't account for the 1000#+ cGVW!). Reply:Wendel the solid wheels will become mishapen from sitting in one spot then when you roll it around it will have a limp to it ....I think that's what he was saying
Reply:Gotcha.  If these flatten I'll need your source.  The Swave cart is a "someday" project.  I've got a long torch and a momentary switch if I can't reach the foot control.  With start current and crater fill I get by pretty well.  I'ts rare that I have to move it.  It moves... just not happily.  W/ the chiller and cylinder it's all of a 1K#.Syncrowave 300Maxtron 450, S-52E, 30A
