Did someone's crappy weld end up in my tire?

Found this in my tire today:I never thought about it, but crap welds can break off and go into your tires. Either that or it is some metallic ore someone had in the bed of their truck. Picked it up and the roofing supply house this morning. All I know is that it is magnetic and looks like it could be a weld. If it was a weld; it was most likely on someone's truck or trailer. Reply:Just doesn't look like a weld to me. Maybe some slag or over pour from a foundry? That sucks. Reply:The left one does not look like a weld to me at all.The right one I can understand as it's stacked or layerd.  But I think it was just ripped off of something causing the layering or stacking, making it look like a weld.
Reply:I was teaching an employee to weld.  He did a perfect looking bead, but very cold on heavy plate.  The weld bead broke out in a perfect vee.  I showed him the problem but gave him the 3 inches of perfect looking "vee" weld bead.  I told him when he got home, lay on your stomach, place the weld bead in the crack of your butt, then tell your wife Bart was so mad he welded your butt closed. They never forgot that lesson.  Don't know what hit your tire, unless there was a naked guy on a motorcycle in front of you!

Reply:Those are the 2 pieces of moon rock that someone stole from the government they have been looking for. Your a.ss is in trouble now as your the guy in possession of them now.
