Reply:ForHire i have been busy lol and as for that ladder picture I was walking through the water treatment part of the plant and looked up and saw him doing that and decided i had to get a picture of that. Attached Images

Reply:Using a ladder like that would get a guy a nice long unpaid vacation where I work.  It baffles me that it's an extension ladder that is nearly completely closed and he's wearing a safety harness that doesn't appear to be attached to anything.
