Cyberweld dissapointment

I ordered some DGP 2% Lanthanated tungsten from Cyberweld on 9/8.  I received an order conformation with estimated shipping 4-7 days.... Well it's now 10 days, order still "pending", no progress, no updates, no answer to e-mail.... Reply:Possible delays due to the heat?Better than being promised 7 days, and getting a package 1 month later. Delay ended up being misplacement at the post office. I had the same issue twice with a purchase on amazon being lost for 2 months. Forgot that I ordered it, then remembered 1 month later.

Reply:No, it didn't ship.   I was so frustrated, I sent another email requesting they cancel the order. ... Reply:Don't feel bad, they're all the sameFinally pulled the trigger on a mag drill.  Pricey little booooger, and not something I like to buy.Ordered it offa Ebay."3 day shipping"Yeah right.  Took 9 days to get here, and the bottom of the box was blown out.  Drill ok, but the case trashed (woulda thrown the case away anyhow)I tried to buy the thing local, but my guy only carries Milwaukee, and I like the adjustable base on the Hougen (easier to  use horizontal)I broke my own rule against buying over the internet, and luckily I did finally get the stupid thing in relatively good shape."Any day above ground is a good day"http://www.farmersamm.com/
Reply:Stuff happens. Why didn't you just go to the local weld supply?You can tell if an item has been improperly packaged and the box damage was because of that. I always leave bad feedback for stupid packaging. However on the other had I had a box open up and it lost I don't know $1400 in end mills. Reply:I decided to send a comment to DGP about the experience with Cyberweld.  I was surprised to see a response on Saturday within an hour...  They have my order, are going to send some extra tungsten, ship Monday and will be contacting Cyberweld to determine what happened.  ...
