did someone post a how to smaw video recently?

I could swear someone on here posted a really good smaw video recently that would be a good newby training helper. If anyone has any ideas post me the link. Ive tried all the titles I can think of in the search bar but Im stumped. Reply:I was looking on welding tips and tricks and utube and couldn't find the one I had in mind. It did show thru lens and had lots of explanation. So the vid with russian may be good (but I don't remember the russian). I prob lost it in the reformat I had to do late last year.
