Welding 309 stainless to Ferrous

I've been welding for almost 3 years now. I haven't had to do any stainless to ferrous. Mild steel to be more precise. I need some tips and points from anyone with them. Thanks a lot.
Reply:Stainless puddle and a ferrous puddle are the same really nothing different imo. Just weld like you would any other DC welded metal
