Reply:Unless you are Facebook who thinks everyone should use their real name.  Some of us prefer to use our pseudonym even in real life.  More people know me by Soutthpaw than my real name.   So real is relative.  It's my real as far as I'm concerned.   Legal name is different of course. Reply:I hooked up with the forum by using Facebook, so i really had no choice in the matter, would I rather everyone not know my first and last name? sure, but everyone here seems like a good person so I dont mind as much, but sites like Reddit, or other forums I definitely use a psuedonymMiller Spoolmate 200 w/t S-52 WirefeederMM 211'09 Miller Trailblazer 302
Reply:Half the people on here are either Mike, Dave, or Joe. It would be really confusing if they all used their real names. Plus, there is some safety in anonymity.  Keep in mind that there are a LOT of people that read this forum that are not members. You never know who is stalking you... even if you are old, fat, and ugly. GravelThe difference between theory and practice is that in theory there is no difference.
Reply:i have googled my name nothing comes up but sounds like good advice thanks, john

Reply:Matters not, but hiding is near impossible... Just assembled a PC for a friend and the google trusted partner thing at tiger direct asked me some questions that had me thinking they were keeping the courthouse, school, real estate - etc. records for everybody...Whatever,Matt

Reply:Hey, this could help you out.Since you didn't have a lot of success in school, you could try just separating ideas on new lines.I'll take your post and hit return where it looks like a new idea starts - it might help you be understood more easily Here is your post broken up a little: Originally Posted by johncalbersi didn't find out till i was tested at the age of 32 by missouri vo  rehab what my problem was dislexia and also the doc said the way i was taught in school we were called slow readers its no supperise  you got the grades in school you did the most grounded kid in school for bad grades i learn by being shown  how to do
Reply:One of the guys at the mill yesterday at about 7:30 PM getting a little loopy from too long a day, and hearing too many times the question: "when will you be finished?" told of the newest huffing craze. You defecate in a Mason jar, close it up for three weeks, then sniff it like it was glue. Steve, wanna try it out and report back how it went? The cashier in Staples has to have my driver's license number when I buy canned air to blow out smoke alarms. It seems kids are huffing it. IT'S AIR!

Reply:i don't use my real name, because i just don't want to. i have 3 usernames between all the forums im a member of and my screen name on this forum represents my car and the perfect wheel fitment.if it was a requirement to use a real name then screen names wouldn't exist. and if i had to use my real name i would that's what makes the internet great (among other things)
