Vise cover

I passed this guy a lot ,but just had a chance to take some pictures of this vise cover As you can see in the second photo there is a small flange welded to the top that the vise jaws close on , securing the cover . there is another one or two running around slightly different ,one covers the entire base of the vise .All were made buy the county shop welder ,(school maintaince)gxbxc

Reply:Must be the retaining clip that pulls the jaw out when you screw the handle out is removed? Reason is there appears to be Aluminum under the handle enclosing it. As far as a little rust on the base and handle, its way more Bling than a plastic bag tied over it, condensing all the time!I like it!
