Grizzly Portaband?

Time to buy a new portaband for the shop, my HF one that I bought used at a garage sale a few years ago has finaly given up on life (well worth the $2.50 I paid ) so I'm looking at the Grizzly becuase it has a stand so I could potentialy replace my POS Harbor Freight cut-off saz with it. What I can't tell is if the base for it has a swiveling vise, or if I'll need to make my own swiveling vise for it, and also if the saw is worthwhile, or if I should stop procrastinating and just buy a decent portaband and a decent horizontal bandsaw for the shop.
Reply:This is a tool that I'd simply cough up the big bucks and get a Milwaukee.
Reply:i have a miwaukee, but if i had to replace it i'd go with a porter cable or ridgid, both are lighter and more maneuverable.
