SBL pulley project

I made this pulley today. I used a single 1/4" HSS bit pointed with a 4" grinder for the grooves and of course carbide to cut the OD's to shape from a chunk of 4" cold rolled steel from ZAP. Turned it on a manderal. Reply:Very nice Bob, thanks for the pics.Every time I use a certain drill-press, I wonder what to do about the slipping step pulley; it is worn out on the preferred groove.Are you taking orders??
