I finally bought a second hand mig and thought I'd make something for mothers day. No close up pictures of welds as this project was mainly to learn how the mig works. 3mm flat bar, cold bent with the occasional whack with a hammer. I want to add the house number, however I'm still discussing font types. It will also depend on my ability and tools available. Sharing with the hope of getting some feedback and suggestions for future projects, jigs, tools etc. thanksMoono Attached Images

Reply:Thanks all. It is a few gum leaves and nuts. Like the comment about chillies! I'm keeping an eye out for a cheap anvil or even a piece of rail.Mic - thanks for the offer. I'm close to the ACT, so it would be a journey. May still pm in the future pending the decision. |
