Reply:There are several folks here that have built their own. Some, like Halbritt, used a cheap used guitar "wah" pedal (if I remember right). I think he just did a bit of wiring hocus pocus changed a potentiometer or two and had one. He has access to some cheap electronic parts though. I have snagged a couple of old ones for my stuff off ebay, but getting one cheap (around $50-$75) takes time and many attempts with an auction snipper. One thing that ends up costing is the connector...amphenol connectors are expensive all by themselves. Some have fabed up the whole thing.http://www.weldingweb.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=4927see post #23Smithboy...if it ain't broke, you ain't tryin'.
Reply:Thanks smitty....I saw one on ebay, 145 bucks. Got a market research thing coming up on the 15th. This company will actually pay me 150$$ for an hour and a half of my time for me to talk to them about shaving cream.........suckers!!!Miller blue star 2eLincoln 175
