Another Saturday in the garage tinkering........Made some more business card holders out of horseshoes........ Reply:It's all scrap and so the measurements are as they were in the scrap bin.........The base is 6X6 and is a half inch thick......The cross is 15.75" tall and the two sides are each 3.5" long.......The tube is 2.5" square 3/16th thick.......The caps (not in the pics) were some pieces that I cut to fit and are 3/16ths also.........Once I'm done ill weigh it...... Reply:i finally had a chance to finish up one of the crosses......... I got some end caps on..... let it cool for about a week.... then painted it up in a satin brown......PICS........ Reply:Fex,Looks awesome!!!  Thanks for the video!   The brown paint, I thought it was primer coat. Before I even read further down your post, I knew right away that you were using 7018 when I saw you tap the tip of the electrode before you started welding again.   Also, the whitish flux coating on the electrode was another hint.  Nice job!  Very clean looking.  "Hey I didn't come to look and learn, I came to turn and burn....
