I just removed this Oil Fired Modine heater from my now sold shop. It was not convenient to run gas piping out to the shop, so an oil fired burner proved to be the easiest and most cost effective way to get heat.  Personally I'm much more comfortable working with heating oil supplies as opposed to natural gas since a leaky connection won't likely blow you up.The heater is approximately 6 years old, and has been serviced yearly under contract.  It was installed in my weekend hobby shop, and saw pretty frequent weekend use during the winter.  This is not a beat up commercial unit that ran 8 hours a day.I've run it on #2 heating oil, diesel and biodiesel from a portable 10 gallon tank without issue. A buddy with a similar unit burns a 50/50 mix of #2 and waste oil without a problem in him commercial shop. I've never tried it (I don't generate enough waste oil) but it apparently works. The combustion chamber is clean, as is the burner assembly. It is currently set up for a single feed (no return necessary) making it even easier to run from a portable tank.  You can obviously connect it to any sized tank, and convert it to a supply/return setup easily and without any cost. Some details can be found at:http://www.farmtek.com/farm/supplies...82_106283.htmlI burn approximately 1 gallon per hour of use. You can drop this to approximately .85 GPH by swapping jets, but the BTU output drops to 110,000.I paid just under $2000.00 for the unit alone from a local HVAC supply house. I'm looking for 400.00 or best offer. I honestly need the room this is taking up in my home garage, and would prefer to sell quickly rather than hang on for every last penny.I'm in Massachusetts (just outside of Boston) and obviously prefer local pickup. I'll give a hand loading it.I'll gladly include an oil filter assembly, some ductwork, hanging kit and a barametric damper along with the unit if your interested. The unit draws 8 amps of 115 volt power for the burner and fan. Hang the unit (allthread rods included), plumb the oil supply with flex copper, connect the exhaust, plug it in and your done.   PM me if you have any questions or are interested.Vin
