In search of a Manufacturing Engineer with a focus on Welding Technology. In this position, you will work under the direction of the Manager of Manufacturing Engineering to support the design, development and continuous improvement of production processes. Job is located in upstate New York. Duties and Responsibilities include: Fluency in interpreting engineering drawings including GD&T and weld symbology Solid understanding of proper applications of various types of structural and pressure vessel welds Ability to advise design for most cost effective and highest integrity welds and weld preps Solid working knowledge of different filler materials and shield gases and their corresponding applications and limitations.
